Frequently Asked Questions
Are you seeing clients in person?
Yes, I offer appointments both in-person and via Telehealth to accommodate your family's needs and preferences.
Do you accept insurance?
Child Matters Therapy LLC is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance directly. Clients pay out of pocket and may choose to seek reimbursement through their insurance provider.
At the end of each month, I will provide you with a superbill that includes the necessary details—such as appointment dates and service codes—that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If you are considering this option, I recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of time to ask about out-of-network coverage for mental health outpatient services.
How do I know if Child Matters Therapy is the right fit for my family?
If you're interested in services, I welcome you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll talk about what’s been challenging for you or your child, what you’re hoping to achieve, and I’ll share more about my therapeutic approach and the techniques I use.
This call is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about the therapy process. The goal is to ensure that my approach aligns well with your family’s needs. At the end of our conversation, we can decide together if it feels like a good fit to move forward.
